I tried making tamale casserole, and it turned out very mid. I loosely based my dish on Villa Cocina’s recipe. I do not remember how we differed in our two recipes it was so long ago (2+ months). If anyone really wants my recipe HMU and I’ll try to whip you up something. I went all out on this recipe even bought the corn husks. The most difficult part was spreading the MASA and have the MASA to meat ratio good. Mine had too much MASA.
